Wedding ceremonies are usually held on the steps beside the waterlily pond with the background of the twin herbaceous borders and a cedar-clad summerhouse.    The herbaceous borders are at their peak from early December to the end of February.

Small wedding ceremonies (up to 30 guests) can also take place in the Spring Garden from mid-September onwards when the avenue of white cherry blossom trees and spring bulbs are in full bloom.
